Nicole Bailey, BComm, MER
With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, leadership, and workforce planning, Nicole Bailey has built a career helping organizations align their people strategies with their business goals. Her approach is practical, collaborative, and results-driven—focused on creating sustainable solutions that strengthen workplaces and support long-term success.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Employment Relations from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, construction, energy, community services, and home care, developing extensive expertise in strategic HR planning, organizational development, employee relations, talent acquisition, leadership coaching, disability management, collective bargaining, workforce planning, and operational support.
Having worked with organizations of all sizes and across diverse industries, Nicole understands that every business faces unique challenges. Rather than offering generic solutions, she partners with clients to develop customized strategies that improve performance, strengthen leadership, enhance employee engagement, and create workplaces where people and businesses thrive.
Her consulting services span the full spectrum of human resources, including policy development, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, training and development, succession planning, organizational design, and tactical HR support. Whether supporting day-to-day operations or leading complex organizational initiatives, Nicole is committed to delivering practical solutions with measurable impact.
A passionate advocate for leadership development, Nicole believes effective training goes beyond theory. She equips leaders and teams with the confidence, tools, and practical skills needed to navigate workplace challenges, communicate effectively, and build high-performing organizations.
Outside of her professional work, Nicole is a dedicated community volunteer, serving on the Board of Directors for her local soccer association and coaching youth soccer. As a proud mother of two boys, she values teamwork, resilience, and leadership—principles that shape both her personal life and her approach to consulting.

A strategic and results-driven Human Resources and Labour Relations professional, Marissa brings extensive experience supporting both unionized and non-unionized organizations through complex workplace challenges and organizational growth. With expertise spanning employee relations, labour relations, workplace investigations, policy development, conflict resolution, and collective agreement interpretation, she provides practical, people-focused solutions that align with business objectives while fostering positive workplace cultures.Known for her collaborative approach and sound judgment, Marissa partners with leaders to navigate sensitive employee matters, strengthen workplace relationships, and implement strategies that enhance engagement, performance, and retention. Her ability to balance operational needs with compliance and employee well-being has made her a trusted advisor across a variety of industries.
In addition to her professional work, Marissa is committed to giving back to her community as a member of the Board of Directors for Iris Kirby House, where she contributes to governance and organizational leadership in support of women and children seeking shelter from intimate partner violence.

Her career in Human Resources, recruitment, client relations, administration, and counselling has been rooted in supporting people through growth, change, and new opportunities. Whether assisting with employee onboarding, supporting workplace initiatives, or helping individuals navigate transitions, she focuses on creating positive experiences and meaningful connections.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Diploma in Transpersonal Counselling. Her experience spans recruitment, talent acquisition, employee onboarding, client success, and business operations. This has given her a strong understanding of both the employee and employer experience and reinforces her belief that people are at the heart of every successful organization.
Laura is known for her thoughtful, approachable, and relationship-focused style. She brings a collaborative and grounded approach to her work, drawing on her counselling background to support clear communication, empathy, and practical problem-solving. She enjoys working at the intersection of people and organizational needs, with a focus on creating supportive environments where both employees and organizations can thrive.
In her personal time, Laura enjoys spending time outdoors, staying active, and exploring with her dogs. These experiences keep her grounded and reinforce her belief in balance, well-being, and meaningful connection.
